This version of a Chai Spice blend, with Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cloves, Fennel, Anise, and Black Pepper, has double the Cinnamon of our original Chai Spice blend + the earthy, almost-sweet flavor of South African Rooibos too. This tea is best simmered gently on the stove and then you can add black tea, milk, and honey too. This traditionally East Indian beverage with an international Rooibos twist has a warm, spicy, aroma that is delicious and satisfying.
