Description
Organic, expeller-pressed, unrefined Sesame Oil (Sesamum indicum). Sesame Oil is used in abhyanga, the Ayurvedic practice of massaging sesame oil, either plain or with the addition of other healing herbs and oils. Massage the oil into your skin in a circular motion, allowing it to penetrate for a few minutes, and follow with a warm bath or shower to drive the oil further into the tissues. Comes in an amber glass bottle.
