A lovely combination of Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cloves, Fennel, Anise, and Black Pepper, to be gently simmered on the stove and added to black tea with milk and honey. This traditionally East Indian beverage has a warm, spicy, aroma that is delicious and satisfying. A popular variation on our Chai Tea is to add it to Rooibos tea instead of black tea before adding the milk. For those who like to brew their own chai, this is the mix for you!
